Board a whimsical boat ride for a song-filled journey around the globe—this cherubic chorus is pure joy!

Favourite ride of my 2 yr old child. This is one of the best for small kids they'll come out singing the song again and again! Going just before the fireworks will ensure the shortest queues.
This ride is great for families. Somethings you should do at least once. The line moves fairly quickly too. Just be prepared to have it's a small world song stuck in your head all day.
Not a fan of IASW at WDW but the original (from the World's Fair ) is really good! Perhaps it was due to the mix of Christmas jingles as well as the main song, to mix it up. BTW, thats real gold leaf!
[BFGF] Pro tip: If you don't go on this ride, you didn't visit Disneyland... also, this song will be stuck in your head for the rest of your time here... and the week...
Escape the heat! This ride has the coldest air conditioning in the park ! Plus a nice, long boat ride to enjoy it. Perfect for the summer months , assuming you can tolerate repetitive, joyous singing ;)
"It's a world of love and a world of fear" this ride was made as a response to feelings of nationalism during the Cold War. Think of this twee song juxtaposed against the fear of a nuclear bomb.
if you've been wandering around the park trying to find a corporate sponsored ride, you're in luck! this one is brought to you by sylvania light bulbs.
Nice to end your night here when you could really use time off your feet. I recommend using fast pass at end of day if you visit on the weekend ????????
They ruined It's a Small World - too bright (you can see wires and imperfections that would be hidden by theatrical lighting) and Disney product placement (toy story??')
still the best ride at Disney. See how many cultures your kids recognize, spot Disney characters (Lilo & Stitch! Peter Pan!). Line on right is faster.
I hate this ride so much ahaha! I always get dragged on by my family. It's honestly a good way to cool down and rest up though
I dare you to not have the song stuck in your head on your way out.
It's a perfect ride for late afternoon when your kid and family are tired.. Do it twice in a row if you can.. Refreshing if you can lose the song later:)
Use the line on the right--it's shorter. And look for all the Disney characters in their home countries ! Look up for Aladdin and Jasmine.
Okay...$10 says once you go on this ride, you won't be able to get this infectious song out of your head for at least half the day. ;-) It's a small world after all, it's a small world afterall...
If you are getting Photopass photos, get the CD! They put all of your pictures on one disk for one price ($59 at this time) The Photopass card is good for 30 days.
Classic that can’t be missed especially at the holidays
So happy with the Christmas themed decor. Plus they don't just sing the small world song . They sing jingle bells too
Would take Story book boats instead if I had to pick between the two. It’s an elevated train ride for 8 and younger.
Keep your head up for a glimpse of Peter Pan then Jasmin and Alladin. Mulan, Mushu, Simba, Timon, Pumba, Ariel, Flounder , Dori, Nemo, Lilo, Stitch, Woody, Jesse, and Bullseye, also make cameos.
Classic. Even though I know it's just a boat ride , I go on it every time because it's cute .
The new Magic, Memories, and You show is really good a must see event especially on week nights with there being no fireworks .
My Mom's favorite ride . Needs some serious updating. Some animatronic dolls weren't working or partially working. Reminded me of Charlie & Chocolate Factory doll sequence
The original ride from the NY World's Fair in 1964. Added a U.S. section with cowboys and indians! lmao
Such a nice boat ride . Great detail. A winner every time.
Super cute during Christmas ! They change the whole inside to be holiday themed
I do miss the old Small World but the new one is also fun in trying to find the characters. Can you find the hidden Mickey ?
Great place to watch the fireworks . Not crowded and images projected on the facade to accompany fireworks .
Keep close attention -- characters from at least a dozen Disney movies are interspersed throughout the ride
Always a joy to ride for people of all ages
Sit in the front row, on the right side. You'll see it all even better! :0D
The perfect remedy for getting the Yo Ho pirate song out of your head. Best ear worm ever.
Watch out for all the other Disney characters hidden in the sides lines .
If you have your honeymoon buttons on they'll give you your own boat for a honeymoon cruise around the world!!!! Very cool! :)
Photopass tip: take a digital photo of your photopass #. Then if you lose your pass you won't lose your pics!
The holiday decorations on the ride are amazing, dont miss the chance to see them!
Really piss off your Facebook friends by posting you're here. They'll have the song stuck in their head for days.
It gets incredibly decked out for the holidays. Wildly impressive
Stand on one of the small bridges and pelt the people in boats passing underneath with pennies
Central Asia is underrepresented.. In that it seems to not be represented at all! Come on Disney, get some yurts!
When passing through the "Mexico" area, look for the red-headed boy choking his chicken . Literally.
If you are a teen who finds this kind of thing boring like me, try to find as many Disney characters as you can for fun.
It is good for less than five years old
best during the Holidays - kicks off for 2011 on Nov 14.One of the longest duration rides (that's conditioned) for a short wait
Best time is at Christmas ! Left side is always quicker
It's okay to drink and splash around the water, Disney uses special vitamin-infused, non-toxic detergent in the water so ducks don't die.
If you can't transfer out of your wheelchair you can still go on. They have a boat that it should fit on.
Star of the new film coming soon Tomorrowland.
Fun for kids
A must see at night!!!
Awesome ride! I loved the yetti's! It was pretty rocky but overall a low thrill roller coaster. Recommend to roller coaster lovers. - Laur Lo Ski
If you go into the handicap accessible experience, the air conditioning is nice and cold and there is a bench to sit on. - B Chu
Our first stop@almost every time. Fast line and great classic start to your Disneyland experience. - Genevieve Chan
Such a great ride and lines are not that long. Get a Fast Pass for Indiana Jones and then hop on this ride. Guides are really funny and it is great for all ages. A must do. - John Boyle
Great for the little ones. Wait times can be long to see Mickey and friends - Tom L
Fun, relaxing ride. One of the better dark rides in the park. I do wish they'd cut back some of the Jack Sparrow content, though. - Erika Robbins
Great, fun ride. Fast and pretty smooth! Squish a little one in between two adults and look out for the dynamite goat! - Fran Irwin
