Two words: spiral staircase. And one more word: BEAUTIFUL! A must-see for architecture lovers.
Interesting but don’t go on a hot day. Only one room is air conditioned and it was stifling.

Considering the history, i think this museum could have been more engaging. That said, entry is relatively cheap so worth it to get a quick overview of the role Charleston played during slavery. - Corley Stone
