Hidden Gem . You'll do a bit of hiking but it's totally worth it!!!! ????????????
Campers get a gate code to drive down, but cart gear last few hundred feet. Bring ear plugs for the fog horns, and keep anything scented or food-related in the bear box. Raccoons are bold and crafty.
Amazing hidden gem . Beautiful backdrop of the golden gate bridge .
Make sure you use bathroom before walking down...and back up :-) Bring some snacks and blanket. Great spot to spend time. Not just see it and go. Enjoy!
Perfect spot for beautiful views (even with the fog) of the Golden Gate bridge ! ????❤️
Beautiful beach spot .
Bring good hiking shoes .
great view after kinda long walk..
Amazing place.
Amazing view !
World class camping out your back door.
The raccoons here are unstoppable.
Watch out for bears !
Exelente vista hermozo lugar
This is one of the best hidden gems in the entire bay area. Amazing lookout at the top of the entire city skyline and the golden gate bridge. Still one of my favorite scenic places in the SF area - Edward Homick
It's a hike from the peninsula but totally worth it. The beach is made up of tiny dark rocks instead of sand and you can bring your pooch - Ashley Spears
This is a perfect trail for families or when less athletic visitors come to town. Paved and relatively flat but stellar views at the beach. A real gem. Parking can be crowded though so arrive early. - hikerly
Nice leisurely hike, with a quiet uncrowded beach at the end. Good place to sit and enjoy a good book with the calm waves. - Nitin Puri
Beautiful, but the ~411 steps down to the beach can get pretty intense. - John Schrom
Amazing views of San Francisco here! Great place to watch the moonrise too! - Stephanie Robinson
Hands down the best view of GGB. When I went there the sun was going down and the fog was starting to rise, so I could enjoy an amazing view. - Alberto Morillas Bravo
Words cannot say. AWESOME VIEW. Try it at sunrise and sunset. - Dominik Szewczyk
