Brockwell Lido is a swimming pool Herne Hill, London, Greater London Herne Hill located in United Kingdom.
Dulwich Rd Herne Hill Greater London SE24 0PA United Kingdom
Great lido just near Brixton in Brockwell park . 50m, gets really busy in the summer and isn't heated so gets pretty cold in winter! Sauna available.
You better book in advance to get a table at this relaxed, pool-side cafe , as it's popular with the Herne Hill locals. I haven't tried dinner or cocktails , but breakfast is great - fresh and tasty.
Twin set of showers by the changing room doors have hot and cold feeds. Try hot show, half a length head out of the water, then back to hit shower to get your body used to the chill .
This 50-metre-long pool is a 1930s Art Deco classic that is now Grade II listed and includes an award-winning café ; a health and fitness centre adds to its appeal.
The pool is open all winter long for the Brockwell Icicles. Come along if you dare or wait until double digit temperatures. Just don't be a wuss and wear a wetsuit;)
A local gem in East London next to Brixton . Set up next to the outdoor swimming pool and enjoy the Art Deco Design of the building and the park surrounding it.
Much improved refurbished spa you can get a guess pass for day entry, great to mix with a chilly winter swim .
book online non-members and skip the queue - http://www.fusion-lifestyle.com/Bookings infohttp://www.fusion-lifestyle.com/cms_uploads/file/Brockwell/2013/Fast_Track_Card_web.pdf
Ready to wait at least 1,5h on a hot day!It wasn't clean because of the amount of people in the pool. I love continuous swimming in fast lane however it wasn't possible!!
Don't go here after 12 unless you prepared to wait 2 hours in a queue. The lido is huge, bigger than hackney one. Lockers are £1 (refundable). Cafe servers mainly burgers and fries . No healthy food :(
One of South London's gems, with a very sophisticated cafe attached to it, Brockwell Lido is seriously aesthetically pleasing. Read more

On a hot weekend it's best to arrive by 9am to secure your spot. Gets very busy.
If you are using the lido, make sure you call in advance. The spa facilities ate pretty good as well .
Felt like in a swimming pool + chiringuito of Spain!
Book your swim online to jump the queue. Drinks fountain at the back.
Bring a towel to lay on. Don't rely on the Bar food , as that isn't great
Gym is packed at the moment (Jan). Try and get down before or after the evening rush.
Don't worry about a locker , just bring your kitbag out by the pool
Get there early on a sunny weekend - queues start before 10am!
The cafe and pool are lovely, the gym and spa , isn't what is was, hopefully it'll get sorted
they've had a refurb now much better
The cafe is very baby friendly !
Too late for a swim ?

Winter timetable currently in effect so open from 7:30 -12:00. Unheated water makes for a refreshing swim! - Simon Kerslake
Biggest freshwater pool in Europe. It's almost 100m long! Today water was around 20 degrees, I found it very comfortable to swim at. There are no lockers in this lido. ???????? - Nataly Guryanova
6 August: Previously known as Endell Baths, the leisure centre boasts a 27.5-metre outdoor pool. Built on a WWII bombsite, there are two sun terraces and an indoor pool for when the weather is poor. - Martin Tiedemann
