Stunning traditional interior. Listed in the national inventory of historic pub interiors. Great real ales from Fullers Brewery .
A fair walk away from the Barbican and LSO St Luke's, but well worth a detour if you have time. Gorgeous old pub with original decor - have a look up at the ceiling!
Plenty of history and a decent selection of ales . Food is limited to snacks and toasties although the latter are cheap (under £7) and come with salad and crisps.
The Viaduct Tavern is one of London's most haunted pubs .http://www.ghost-story.co.uk/index.php/haunted-pubs/364-the-viaduct-tavern-london-england
Wonderful selection of gins . Perfect option for the summer
Historic pub . Look for the hole in the tapestry meant to be caused by a drunk WW1 solider bayonetting it.
A surprisingly pleasant boozer. Apparently, if you ask at the bar nicely, the staff will show you around the supposedly haunted upstairs floor. I've not tried it myself, but it could be worth a stab.
Really good gin cocktails ????
This pub has some story about ghosts , ask the manager if you want to know about.
Ask the bar for a tour of the haunted cellar . Is a friendly ghost but not if you are blonde!
The original gin palace - a good selection of gins available.
If you ask them nicely they will show you the old prison cells. Genuinely scary.
The beer selection is reasonable. The draft beer tastes like they need to clean their pipes and their pies are bland and tasteless. I'm probably not coming back here...
Try the daily specials ????
No food really, and expensive drinks
The cellar is spooky!!!
One of my favourite pubs in the west end. Nice Stout, cosy places and good for a romantic date ;) - Oscar
Hidden pub on a busy day in London! Great beers and an entire car park worth of ‘beer garden’ space - Mema Nackasha
Very traditional, including the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace. Definitely recommend! - Karl Wilson
A proper English Pub with friendly staff, fabulous beer and authentic British charm. Highly recommend this lovely gem when in London. Close to St. Paul's Cathedral and Blackfriar Tube station. - Jordan Lane-Beveridge
If they have their guest ale, More, on tap I highly recommend it. Dark, nutty, delicious. - ukleon
Beautiful and stuning cathedral! My fav place in London so far! The restaurant is also very nice! - Juli Foranna Juliero
