It’s one of the best Hokkien Mee I had. Not too soggy. Love it. A bit long queuing
For me, this is the best fried hokkien mee in Singapore. The delicious broth stands out, although portion wise can be more generous.
The absolute best. No. 1 by a huge margin. "The stall is run by a band of brothers who look uncannily alike such that you almost feel that you are being served by a group of minions!"- Dr Leslie Tay
The chilli here is simple cut red chilli slices, not the typical chilli paste
I felt my plate of noodles tasted drier than usual Fried Hokkien Noodles . And like fellow 4SQ Ting, dish here lacked the distinct aroma
Does a legit Hokkien mee . They seemed to be better back in the day, but still decent. Open during the daytime (unless they’ve changed recently).
My plate of hokkien mee was dry and had no broth at all. Taste wise is ok only so unless it's a short waiting time I won't even bother. Tian Tian Lai @ TPY Lorong 1 much better!
Serving portion for a plate is simply pathetic at the price of $5
Not that great really. I prefer it a bit dryer and not with that Chilli . But if you like it wet then go for it!
Price increased too much. Now it costs $5 minimum for a small plate !
Be prepared to wait 30-45 minutes for your hokkien mee to be served.
