A Roman institution founded in in 1961 and home to the best pasta and best trippa I have ever had. It is very hard to get a reservation so plan a couple of weeks ahead.

had lunch here & loved it. natural wines by the glass. top quality ingredients. simple roman fare in a classic and low key environment. central location, always busy. a must stop. get the mozzarella .

best typical trattoria in Rome. don't miss the amazing pasta alla gricia , trippa alla romana , artichokes in season and always ask for the daily courses. very good wine list !

Honest food. Very good recipes and ingredients. It would be nice to see them take more risks with additional pasta . The fettuccine and spaghetti were REALLY good. Tasty!

Great Italian food . Prices are fair and service is nice. RESERVATIONS ARE A MUST. All pastas were right on point and delicious and the duck with prunes was scrumptious.

Really good pasta . We had dinner here with some Italian friends so we just trusted their recommendation and it was worth it.

Make sure you book . Excellent spaghetti carbonara and saltimbocca. Portion sizes quite reasonable, esp. secundi.

Pasta dish was superb! Supposedly any of the pasta dishes are great. My second course was fabulous but it may not be there later. Make a reservation even for lunch .

Don't be fooled by its vicinity to the Pantheon, tourists may dine here but it's no trap. Amazing pastas like cacio pepe and matriciana.

In a touristy spot, but so quiet from all the activity from outside. Delicious cacio e pepe and carbonara .

Lovely atmosphere, great service, good food and wine . Will be coming back. In fact we booked again for 2 days time.

Authentic Italian dishes , hidden gem and they cater to allergies. Be sure to make a reservation though, there are no walk-ins.

Do reserve especially if you are coming in a group, otherwise rock up right when they open, and you might get lucky. Beef Tripe as second course was amazing.

Next to Pantheon so you'd expect food to be just ok. Bit it's very good and at reasonable prices. Anything with truffles , the lamb chops and oso bucco (if it's a special/avail)

Tourist restaurant in Rome where you need to have reservation to go. I don't recommend since I didn't like the pasta , nor the house red wine ...

we made reservation for inside and they offered a table outside in the cold weather, horrible service

The service was so awful that we basically left restaurant without even trying their food which we actually waited for more than 30 minutes outside and around 20 minutes inside. Not client oriented.

El pan que te pone al centro buenísimo!!! La ternera con papas deliciosa, las pastas muy buenas. El lugar acogedor y el personal muy amable????????????

Man skulle ikke tro, der kunne ligge en god restaurant midt i turistinfernoet, men det gør der altså. Armando er stærk i traditionelle romerske pastaretter og holder et glimrende niveau. Book først!
