All around wonderful experience. Quality ingredients, cozy atmosphere , and incredibly fun to cook. Skirt steak was the highlight and very affordable .
Prices at half of what you get in Korea town , albeit portion size is also half. Great cuts. For thick pieces do leave them for 4 minutes on the grill in order to get the best taste.
No need to wait hours at gyu-kaku! They have a happy hour bbq special too! Maybe slightly fewer selections, but great marinated meats !
Being so close to totto ramen , I suggest trying out this place? Solid menu!
Grand opening special: 11pm-2am $1 draft beers & sake , $5-6 food specials (eg tonite's: tongue , scallion , chuck rib , fresh tender beef sushi )
1. Suitable for single person dining 2. Happy hour deal 3. 6hr shimmered oxtail soup is a best bang for the buck
Unsure why this place is categorized as Korean but its actually Japanese. Also, the Oxtail soup is a must. Good day!
Prime beef Kalbi & Ishiyaki bimbimpa (veggie ) were very good.
Sitting in the back is fun... you don't have to take your shoes off but you can :)
The bbq meat portions are about half as large as the ones at Korean bbq places but they cost half as much.
Grand opening special: 11pm-2am $1 draft beers & sake
Chuck steak - cabbage salad - happy hour
Premium beef combination is very nice
The peeps are mad friendly here
Fried chicken with squirt of lemon juice and dipped in ponzu sauce is great
Flap meat!!!!!!
They took our order and then forgot. So we left. I assume the food is not good.
Order the soba. Any soba. All soba. You will not be disappointed. Kame nanban (hot soba in daichi with duck) is unreal. - Cate Dunn
What a place! You bbq your own meat and their marinades are amazing. Definitely a place to go. If it's you first time try one of the taster menus - Benjamin Grønvold
Chef recommends straight noodles and medium firmness! Get the spicy pork buns to start, so delicious! - Cosette Eliason
Quick service and delicious noodles. Spicy miso ramen is definitely a winner. Will hit your ramen craving for sure. - Ranu Rajkarnikar
I love their fruit pastries, the blueberry and cream pastry is my favorite. The sweet potato twist is pretty awesome too. The fruit tarts are as good as the ones I have eaten in real European bakeries - Susan S.
