The queue is primarily due to the elderly Uncle cooking slowly. He sells in small batches daily, starting around 10-10:30am and selling out by 1-2pm
2 items stood out in my bowl of minced meat noodles : dumplings (extremely tasty), & mushroom stew (extremely fragrant, very traditional). For his M size bowl, he gives ti poh (dried solefish). Yumz!
Best soup base ever had ! Prepared for a Q! Don't order me poh!
