Wonderful hotel ! Very high quality of services, food, and amenities . Ask for a room with a view of one is available.

walking distance if you are in SF attending a conference at Moscone . Rooms are A LOT SMALLER than other W locations, I got a corner room because of my SPG membership so always worth it to join.

Little known secret- the complimentary hot chocolate @ the concierge desk is hands down the best in all of San Francisco.

The bar when you enter the hotel is so nice. Love the set up of the lobby and how cool the rooms are in the hotel . I even like the chill grooves music they play in the hotel .

Ask for a Bay Bridge view room, so you can look at the Bridge and spy into the Blue Bottle coffee shop at the MoMa, which is a great place to go for an afternoon meeting on a sunny day.

The Spa !!! I had the most expensive facial which was you guessed it... expensive . However it was an awesome service. I only stayed at the hotel for one night but it was excellent.

Fantastic suites here are lovely. Among my favorite rooms in the city . There are only 6 of them, but Suite Night Awards often clear for weekend stays.

Really fun hotel . Swanky . Great bar . Definitely worth staying at if you're visiting town .

Swanky but comfortable....rooms are avg....service is OUTSTANDING & the view from the 15th floor isn't horrible. Fun place to relax & play!

Love this hotel . Watch out though, the in-room internet charge is per device! So when we got wi-fi on blackberry, ipad, and laptop there were 3 charges. Ouch!

The perfect place for after work drinks...be sure to swing by to see their newly renovated Living Room and Upstairs Bar ! The new restaurant Trace is definitely worth trying and great for big groups!

Probably my favorite hotel bar in the city . The bar tops alternate in different colors. They have an extended and adventurous cocktail list with lots of original martinis to choose from. Plays lounge

Big convention going on for the American Can Coalition (like soup cans), a non-profit trade federation who inexplicably employs solely supermodel-esque women. Makes me proud to be a tax payer :)

The gym on 4th floor is stunning, daylight floods through the glass celining. And at night, colorful neons turn it a cool space to exercise.

Front desk sent me to the wrong room...4 floors down from my actual room. Cute boutique room if you like that sort of thing. It's different. For $359/nite, they can at least throw in free Internet.

The lounge has some nice music in the evenings. If you’re here for a convention - know that this is where networking happens.

My favorite little big detail here is that they rotate the rugs to say "good morning" "good afternoon" and "good evening" depending on time of day.

Found the glowing Buddha to be a little freaky but found a way to switch it off (switch on the side) but I like the Bliss Spa toiletries and the general ambience. The view isn't much but nice enough.

Fill your water bottle with the Flow Water machine in the 4th floor gym . Cool & clean !

Stay here and get free rides via the W's partnership with Acura. Prime location too, hit up MOMA and Tropisueno. indoor pool 's open till 1

Rooms are a bit dated. Lobby is a great place to hangout. Love the retro arcade .

Coffee in the lobby in the AM. 3rd floor up from the lobby has some quiet seating to take a call without house music .

Other than the club music , this place has a beautiful view and is in a great location.

Nice enough room. In a perfect location for the conference center. Loud with construction on moma. Bar is great for people watching but $$. Can't make a dirty martini for anything.

The music they play here is chill and groovy - you can even hear it in the bathroom - never miss a beat!

Nice gym with see-through ceiling... you can watch the sky while you exercise.

Just asked for a pilsner ... came to me flat. Bit the place is very beautiful and classy .

The best smelling soap I've experienced in any hotel so far.

Their Grand Marnier French toast is unreal. Comes with berries , bananas and shaved almonds . It's magically delicious!

Swank spot. Super comfy beds and a glowing Budah to watch over your dreams. Make sure you touch the hologram wallpaper in the elevator , trippy.

If you're traveling with someone, BE WARNED, the sliding bathroom doors do not leave anything to the imagination as to what's happening on the other side.

Try the bliss martini made with fresh cucumbers while catching up with friends or a stranger in the lobby bar .

This is by far the best SPG property I've ever stayed in. The service is great and the rooms are spectacular! If you are planning to visit SF, choose this lovely hotel as your home away from home.
