Beautiful path, but do watch out for cyclists and runners with headphones in and very little awareness. A bit bumpy near the intrepid.

Not too many places in NYC where you can get fresh air while you're jogging. This is one of the best.
Gorgeous lookout/scenic spot. Has benches for a more intimate convo. Great for exercise and romantic dates . You can smell the sea water.

during the summer the city makes free kayacks available at around 75th + also down around 50th. check also the kids fishing activity sponsored by the city south of the Intrepid

If slow cyclists and rollerbladers would just stay to the right so other bikers could follow the rules and pass left and pedestrians would not walk in the bike path but the people we'd all get along

Best museum so far in NYC. A lot to see from the aircraft carrier, to drone exhibit and walking inside a submarine. Great experience. We squeezed a visit in 1h30m but you might want to take more time. - Tomas S
