The atrium doubles as a free coworking area with free WiFi and comfy seating . I buy a drink or snack to keep good karma going
Very nice hotel in the heart of the Embarcadero. Take the elevator to S and go out the street level doors as opposed to going to A (atrium ).
Beautiful venue, great service, lovely rooms. Enough cannot be said about this great location! I filmed a wedding here and I love everything about! Prime location & the decor is awesomeness.
The atrium is a bizzaro inverted pyramid, with wild seats and sitting areas. There’s a decent bar , and a market . The regency club on the top floor is chill , and has great views .
Splurge for a room on the 16th or 17th floor for access to the Regency Club, and get a 360 view of the bay and financial district.
Go see Roni in Eclipse in the lobby. She is lovely and will give you many great tips of must sees and dos in SF. Tip well , her info is golden.
Sadly the lights in the atrium have been permanently taken down under the new ownership. Still a great location with a view of the bay and close to the ferries and Yank Sing dim sum !
Classy spot , classy room, and the bar gave us free clam chowder . I mean, cmon. That's pretty great. Loved my stay here.
Excellent concierge services - great recommendations for dinner , tours , watering holes and shopping. Ask for Ira - he may be the best concierge in SF. Love the view and sounds of the city life!
Great location and well appointed rooms, some of which have waterfront views . Take a stroll down to the ferry marketplace building that’s only a short walk away.
Amazing architecture from John Portman. The location that built the Hyatt brand. Rooms are nice. Suite is worth the upgrade.
Great Executive Floor @ Regency club when you reserve rooms on 16th & 17th floor. They serve food almost all day
New floors have been installed in preparation for the introduction of HOVER LUGGAGE. Because otherwise having floors like these where people are wheeling things round would have been crazy!
Great view from balcony in room, lots of delicious food nearby, staff was awesome!
Go out by pier 14 for the sunrise or the markets close by treats

They are renovating the Eclipse lounge (as of December 2015), and the lights have been taken down. Still, it's a great spot for a glass of wine or bottle of Anchor Steam . :)
The Regency Club has a fantastic 360 degree view of the city , as well as a great spread for both breakfast and early evening. If you have an opportunity together up there it is a treat.
There's a Singaporean restaurant next door called "Crystal Jade", if you're looking for your Asian cuisine fix, this is it!
Loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. Louder than Times Square. Street noise, hallway and atrium noise. Sound machine in the room + ear plugs didn't even help me. Nice view , though.
One of the most amazing lobbies I've ever seen. Completely unexpected too.
view from the atrium bar/restaurant looking upwards at the 13 floors above. No free wifi - hotel guests pay $9.95/day
Perfectly located in the financial district with easy access to the Bart and MUNI.
Awesomely beautiful lobby area. The lobby restaurant has some delicious food at a pretty good price for this part of town .
Valet will waive the $25 rental car dropoff fee if you're a hotel guest. Also, if you ask nicely, you might get complimentary WiFi !
Great hotel . Wonderful staff .
Pretty good hotel . WiFi is decent, specious rooms and close to all the tourist fun.
The view from the Regency Club is pretty spectacular.
Surrounded by homeless people in every direction. Not the nicest hotel in SF but other than that, in a good location by the market .
Park at the embarcadero center for $33 per day if you're not driving your car for the rest of the stay.

Atrium is spacious & beautiful. Great place to have a drink with some friends
Don't miss the dramatic Christmas decorations .
Plenty of restaurants nearby the hotel ....do check out the surrounding areas!
Hotel is in need of a redo. Atrium reminds me of an old Embassy Suites. Much better places to stay
Bathroom is here in case you need it. Go up to lobby level.
Come visit the Muck Rack booth in the ONA12 Midway. We've got a print of every journalists' twitter avatar.
Fun place to go to chill for a sec. Lowkey but classy .
Always a great place for conferences !
$3 a bottle for Coke products in the hotel sundry shop, or about half that at Walgreens or 7-11 across the street.
Love the suite upgrade with the Golden Gate Bridge right outside our window!

You may get vertigo looking into the atrium .
Scenery, cocktails , comfortable rooms
Really enjoyed the location here. Close to everything and good shopping and restaurants around here.
Pretty lobby. Nice bayview room on the 12th floor. But staff can get rid of junk in hallways that take away from overall appeal of hotel .
