Newly transformed into a ramen restaurant ! Chicken Paitan ramen different to Tonkotsu broth but it is flavorful! Noodles were chewy and the onsen egg was goooood. Great list of appetizers and drinks.
The almond pork rice ball ($5.50), resembling a slightly flattened tennis ball, is crusty on the outside, filled with almonds and pork , and brightened with a glaze of miso mustard . It's delicious. Read more
Brothless noodle dish is pretty great. Tons of flavor. Ask for the hot sauce on the side because it's extremely spicy . Put your name on the yelp waitlist because the queue can be 40+ people deep.

I had a Chicken Paitan Tomato . Little bit different from standard ramen but it was great. Worth the wait if you love ramen .
Delicious Paitan-style Ramen (different from the more traditional Shio or Shoyu Ramen ). Some of the best Ramen outside of Japan. The Umami Chicken Wings and Edamame are great choices for appetizers .
I can't walk through the door without a Pavlovian response to the chawanmushi ($12), the delicate egg custard glazed in a salty, smoky dashi broth and filled with green garlic and Dungeness crab . Read more
Loved the ambience. Chicken and veggie ramen both are good. You can also order an extra spice bomb if you are craving for spicy ramen

Excellent ramen , but there's nothing with pork , all options are chicken or one veggie so be prepared
The soboro tossed noodle salad is to die for! The wait is quite long [30-45 min] but totally worth it. To get a better estimate of time, reserve your spot in the Yelp app
Great ramen and fries ! You can now get in line on yelp so that you don’t need to wait outside for 45 minutes
Chicken paitan with soy sauce or tomato . The veggie one is amazing too. Get the spice bomb
Veggie miso ramen has depth and is rich and flavorful. Wish it came with an egg . Too pricey to come regularly.
No Tonkotsu traditional ramen , instead a delicious and flavourful chicken broth ramen . The menu changes often and be prepared to queue!
The second coming of Nojo as a ramen spot is excellent. Ramen and various side dishes are great. I kinda miss the yakitori .
Follow everyone's advice and get the sundae for dessert ! Maybe it's the Hawaii roots but skip the spam rice ball it's not real spam! Definitely get the tempura oyster mushrooms !
The chicken paitan soy sauce is amazeballs and the braised whole chicken leg falls off the bone instantly.
Chicken ramen with the spice bomb . Skip appetizers . Save room for dessert .
