The panorama observation tower ("Rundblickbeobachtungsturm BT6") is one of the last of its kind. This type was used from 1969 at the Berlin & German Border. Previously, this tower was located outside of the death strip. As part of the redevelopment of the area, it had to be moved 8m to the east.

The last surviving cylindrical watch tower from the Berlin Wall . Not always open but when it is you can climb up inside to see the view the guards would have had - great piece of Berlin's history!
