Great location and amazing beds - request a room facing the city centre though. Oh, and there's no free wifi .
Excellent hospitality in the conference facilities. Three course lunch was excellent and included a perfect steak .

Celeb pad and top of the tree in man. Too cold and characterless though staff always good.
Huge beds and a great nights sleep. The service at the bar needs improving. 3 times we had to ask for the bill only for another round of drinks to be brought. Not good enough.

No electric outlets anywhere near the hotel bed. This always takes a hotel down a few notches in my modern day gadget charging needs world.
Nice rooms, good size, bathrooms could do with renovation
Coffee order wrong, drinks order wrong, lunch order forgot salad dressing and one persons food. Very poor 5 star, am I expecting a lot? At £14.50 for a sandwich I expect it to turn up!

It may be a 5 star hotel , but the food was distinctly average. My £29 fillet steak was very overlooked, and the fried lukewarm. A big disappointment.

Don't come here for a tea , finger sandwich and cake . Our sandwiches tasted stale and the cakes were distinctly average.
