Surprisingly good museum which seems to be off the main 'must see' lists, good exhibit about border restrictions during the Cold War period and how the adjacent station played a part

Very good free museum , gives an overview of the DDR border history and an excellent insight into the experience of those on either side of the wall. Amazing building too.

Very well preserved place with a lot of very interesting documents, films , objects. Perfect with curious kids and teens, audioguides in a lot of languages, and very nice staff . Don't miss it.

One of my favourite museums in Berlin, it's free and really interesting to see the perspective of those from both sides of the wall.

A highlight of our trip. The exhibition does a phenomenal job of humanizing the impact of the Cold War on Berlin and Berliners.

A very realistic view and representation of the divide of the city and how it impacted life in Berlin.

Die Ausstellung der Stiftung Haus der Geschichte der Bundesrepublik Deutschland ist sehenswert . Wenngleich ich dem alten Tränenpalast nachweine. Habe dort tolle Konzerte erlebt (Wise Guys, Brings...).

Gratuit, audioguides, très riche, des équipements et objets d'époque, superbe musée. C'est assez petit, parfait quand on a une heure ou deux pour faire un musée, et le personnel est très aimable.

Interessante Ausstellung , freier Eintritt . Die ehemalige Ausstattung ist nicht mehr vorhanden, aber trotzdem erhält man einen guten Eindruck der damaligen Situation

L'endroit des frontières est et ouest ... Impressionnant. Allez-y absolument !
