Fried chicken rice . Believe the hype! Da-Ji Hainanese Chicken Rice #01-31 serves yummilicios crispy fried chicken wings on fragrant rice . $3.30 for this plate
Fishball noodles . Song Kee #01-20 is what everyone's raving about. Dry version starts from $4, soup from $3.50. Generous portions . Fishballs are chewy good
Hokkien noodles . Huat Heng fries a very wet version. They could do with more egg to add more substance to the serving which tastes light. Chilli offers a nice punch
Vegetarian options : fried carrot cake , ylong tau foo, local desserts , kaya toast , soya beancurd , fruits , rojak , vegetable bao , longing
Kaya toast set. Ming Seng #01-19 prepares a yummy kaya toast . The kaya spread was creamy & fragrant👍🏼
1 of my favorite in food center is the Dry Ban Mee. The noodle is Q and taste good. BUT unfortunately quite a fair bit of MSG added ... Overall its good.

Fried Char Kway Teow stall during the night is on the wet side 😁 I prefer the corner stall beside his, more on the dry side . I find it more fragrant 👍
Yummy Tom Yam Soup from Jasmine (par) Thai food ! The fish is so fresh! ^^

The Hainanese Chicken (red signboard) stall at the back serves the best fried chicken wings version of the chicken rice . Addictive! Even the rice is tasty. It's so good it'll make u slap ur momma.
Must try Mee Pok dry and fish/meat balls Kuey Teow soup . Fruity Rojak . Toa Payoh BBQ Chicken and Slice Fish soup .
Wantan mee . Decent wantans from Xiangji Wanton Noodles #01-30, although their black soy sauce lacked any flavour. Generous with vege

Dry ban bian and Rojak best!! however, the fried chix wings is similar to the prawn paste chix from Zhi char stores.. Wont rate that a must try..

Tomyum fish beehoon is just awesome! The fish is very fresh! Tomyum soup is very SHIOK .
#01-324M has great white carrot cake . Don't bother asking for black sauce unless you want a scolding.
Fish ball Guo tiao is good. It has handmade fish-pork cake . Nice. :P
