This place is outstanding. On the water. Decent beer selection and yummy bar food. Get the salty dog (a fried hot dog ) with a bunch of stuff on it- don't be afraid. Kids meals come w a frisbee .

Seafood ???? ???? ???????? is the best fresh food you'll ever enjoy. It can't get any better than ocean front and that's where they get everything crabmeat ,blue shell fish and oysters all day long

Great "locals" place right next door to Mote Marine. Very big and good Greek salad and tasty black bean burgers . Sit outside along the water for a wonderful view .

Catch of the Day, Grouper is the Bomb! Great atmosphere when you sit outside, waterside. Great service and friendly staff . It's our favorite on Longboat Key.

Great place on the water. Raw oysters were excellent and great Grouper sandwich recommended by Alex was awesome.

Good low key seafood spot. The classic fish and chips is great as are the cod egg rolls when they have them.

The mahi sandwich is great and the best mussels in a white wine sauce are the best I’ve had!!

Must get the The Salty Dog fully loaded, deep fried dog, sauerkraut , 3 cheeses and onions . What more do you want?

A fully loaded salty dog is not something you will be eating on a regular routine, but you should muster up the courage to binge it down at least once, and head home for a quick nap shortly after.

One of our favorite places but the prices have gone up.. A little much when everything's plastic!! Still great food though!

Mediocre Fish & Chips , so not get! Hopefully I just had them on an off day. The famous Salty Dog is really good though! Service was vey "ehh", apparently our table was too small to be cared about.
