Haggis was good and they had cask cider . Crowded so sat at the bar . Scottish brogue w/ a Slavic accent from the waitstaff is it's own special dialect. Friendly but busy. Could see how some were offput

Go for the beef sausage&mash. Awesome!!! Better if you order with a pint of scottish cask ale !

I got Haggis main dish and it was really tasty. The prices were decent compared to the quality of the food and on how expensive Edinburgh is. Weird was that Gin costs £3.6 and the mixer £2.6. (8/10)

Try the lamb shank , very good!

Avoid the sausage and mash - the mash has dill in it? Avoid the steak and ale pie . It has vinegar (or bleach?) as seasoning in it... Their belhaven best is beautiful though.

After we ordered our food the server left a note saying that the table was reserved . and we had 30 minutes to finish our meal and leave. It was rude and the attitude of the server was disrespectful

Nice pub and they pour a proper pint of Guinness .
