comfy spot for a little nap
Nice part of the park , and it's next to Le Pain Quotiden in the Park !
Great for groups , picnics , and sunsets . Close to the train and there is a hill you can roll down

Lots of dog owners congregate here before 9AM. Great unobstructed sun all morning until about 3PM. Quieter than Great Lawn or Sheep Meadow because the slope discourages sports. - Jonathan H
