The best view of the town ! Helpful, cleanBUT listen very carefully to what the receptionists are saying & charging, because according to them San Fran is not like anywhere else in the States . So..LISTEN

The bar and restaurant get suffer and noisy with the after-work crowd but if you're still working, or just want quiet , they'll deliver yummies to your room. The roasted Brussels sprouts are ace!

SFist

The massage therapists have top-notch training , but if you don't want to spring for a full treatment, you can spend $60 to have a bath personally drawn for you to soak in for 25 minutes on the patio . Read more

Definitely NOT overpriced contrary to other tips (those people must not be familiar with San Francisco hotel rates). Best location, great rooms, very relaxing environment in a perfect location.

Fred Wilson

Complimentary morning yoga , often but not always with a spectacular view of the bay bridge , is awesome here

Fodor's Travel

Hotel Vitale offers a 180-degree panorama of the Ferry Building 's distinctive 245-foot clock tower (modeled after the one in Seville, Spain) and sweeping suspension cables of the Bay Bridge .

Tom Evans

Amazing rooms and service. Rooms with the tub in the bedroom area are outstanding and very romantic . Only draw back was concierge services. Don't bother with them. They are not helpful.

Wil Reynolds

Beg for a room with a deck... It's super cool view our just go to the public deck. The staff is amazing, the restaurant is decent but with so many options around I say explore a bit.

Katerina Kuv

Scenic view , really welcoming atmosphere, classy , port , eco

Lockhart Steele

Go-to hotel in San Francisco; expensive , but worth the price. Access to the endless roofdecks can be had from the corridors on 7th or 8th floors.

Laura C

On the Embarcadero, right across the street from the Ferry Building , this super-holistic hotel has a full menu of spa treatments for both vacationing and business travelers.

Elis Lids Lawson

The room snacks are BEYOND pricey !! If you had everything on the small tray it adds up to over $300! Rooftops patios are beautiful for a relaxing drink & view of the water.

Andru Edwards

Amazing boutique hotel with stunning views . Rooftop lounges are a great way to take in the city .

Hotel Tonight

Super-clean modern style , with loads of spa services and slick boho design touches that make going home seem like such a bummer. Check out the views from the roof deck .

Elizabeth Closmore

Order the Warm ACME Sourdough Bread with Avocado and Sunny Side Up Eggs for breakfast from Room Service it's incredible.

megan

The bar is sort of a nightmare but the rooms are quiet and large with awesome views .

lululemon

Complimentary morning yoga classes and a penthouse-level spa overlooking the Bay - we call this #thesweatlife.

Stacey Harmon

Any room on the 5th floor and above will give you same level access to the AMAZING rooftop decks .

Dominic Poynter

Love the decor, especially the tables in the bar . Would take one with me if I could!

Stephanie Smith

Phenomenal boutique hotel . Bonus: the restaurant Americano is fantastic.

H H

Americano has a great brunch and a great happy hour .

Henrymartinezllc

book a massage with shauna, add the bathing ritual = the good life. (take the love of your life and wish the infinity tub was built for two)

Alison Brady

Nice public bay view rooftop . Access from floor 7 or 8

Brian

On spear Stuart there is 24 hour parking for 2/3 the price of vallet

Agatha Yu

Nice walk to ferry building and pet friendly !

James Stewart

Comfortable rooms and great views .

Andy McMillan

Probably the highlight of my stay in this 5* boutique hotel was the large vomit stain on the carpet of Room 345. Really tied the room together.

Laureen L

Highly recommend this hotel . Perfect location across from piers / farmers market

Mark Busse

Salt House a few blocks down Mission has excellent poutine and foie gras on the menu. Delish!

Rafunzel Foltz

Ask for Lily! Really nice and got the knot out of my back

Mike Marusin

Their free coffee in the lobby is honestly some of the best drip coffee I've had

merici vinton

This place is fantastic. Great customer service.

Barry McGillin

Rooms are great. Views from the roof pretty good too!

David Armano

The milk chocolate bar with caramel is worth it.

Blake_Monster

Rooftop soaking tubs are great. But bring a bikini if you're worried about being spotted those in buildings across the street...

Quinn R

Nice place with a peaceful , spa-like setting everywhere you turn. It felt like a hotel though--not worth $400 a night! They need double sinks, better body products + hair dryer. Food was average.

Havoc McFig

Roof deck overlooking the ferry building and bay - 3am - amazing...

Lisa Lennard

The fried artichoke and brussel sprouts at the bar are amazing!

Charles Worley Jr

Treat yourself to the Bay Lights Package.

They do decent Negronis in the bar . Ask to have it served in a whiskey glass though.

Her

Don't miss out on the daily yoga seasons. They are amazing!

chris tacy

Panorama Suite is amazing. Rooftop soaking tubs are the bomb. But avoid douchebags @ happy hour downstairs

Bruce Cryer

Ahi tuna is fantastic; duck not so great.

Her

Don't miss out on the daily sessions. They are wonderful!

Sarah Burgess

Check out their free yoga class 7-8am weekdays

m r

the roof top decks are great -- unless your room happens to be under one of them ... fail.

valerie hoecke

Panorama suite worth the spluge. Skip food here and go to boulevard across the street for a cocktail and apps.
