Had amazing service and delicious food for Sunday brunch . Wear a collared shirt , try a French 75, and take a tour of the museum upstairs. Cannot go wrong with any of the food.

Can't go wrong with the food ... Had seafood gumbo , Filet Mignon with a white mushroom sauce along with a side of mushrooms ... Bananas Foster at the table and the jazz trio played just for us.
The good: Toasty and delicious table bread . Service impeccable. Filet mignon = meat butter heaven. The bad: Gumbo was like, canned soup and reconstituted chicken bad.
The Strawberries Arnaud is a great dessert . Flambeed at your table. Made with fresh strawberries marinaded in Port Wine Sauce . Served over Brocato's French vanilla ice cream .
The Cafè Brunot is as yummy for the eyes as it is for the tummy. A great finish if you like after dinner drinks.
Fourth-generation 1918 haute Creole restaurant . One of the largest in the country seating 1,100 guests, via 17 opulent dining rooms. Certainly a touristy restaurant but a beloved classic. Expensive
Great service! Tried all of their Oysters and they were great. The crab cakes were tasty, and everyone got dessert-Bananas Foster, made table side, it was delicious. A little overrated though& pricey !

The ambiance in here is just amazing! Food was excellent. The chandeliers , decor and waitstaff outfits take you back in time. Great experience.

Mixologist Chris Hannah is a genius. Order the Bywater, or tell him the characteristics you like in a drink and let him put something unexpected together for you. You won't be disappointed.
The alligator sausage is amazing. Seafood gumbo was perfection.

The bananas foster is prepared in front of you with style and tastes great!
Their Sazerac is closer to an old fashioned but still super delicious.

The Turtle Soup was excellent but the service is what makes this place a French Quarter original. Also recommend the filet...superb.
There are two old, famous Creole restaurants whose names begin with 'A' in the Quarter. This is the good one.
