It was amazing! Loved seeing the history, the photos, and hearing different stories from USSS. Would definitely recommend but be prepared for long lines and possibly waiting longer than you thought.
If you want to see sunny and bo, get there around 5pm when they're doing their afternoon walk!!!
Good luck trying to get over here. It’s open sporadically due to Pres Trump’s movements, and also can’t get right up to the fence anymore

Access to the back gate was open for the first time in years (on my visit anyways)!

Been here for a number of Marine One departures and arrivals during the past several administrations.
Too bad they are not doing tours anymore as I can't remember I time when they have not. The view from the South lawn is far and you might have a better view from the North lawn.
It looks pretty good now, but have you seen the pictures from the 70's when they had summer patch? It was awesome!
If you want to have a tour you must submit an application through your embassy 6 months in advance.

While in the White House, the Clinton's had two pets a cat named Socks and a dog named Buddy.
If you want to take a photo in front of the WH, north side is much better.
The South Lawn was a favorite spot for President Carter to go jogging.
