All the small touches, from the amuse and bread service to the caramels before the check, appear even if you're only popping in for a negroni and bowl of agnolotti . Read more
Love the portion! The food was good and was good quality, everything I had (salmon crudo and egg pasta ) were just on the saltier side for me
Impeccable service. Get the lobster pasta , tiramisu and the formaggi platter. Sister loved the prosecco options as well . Pricey but worth the splurge before a show, or for a special occasion
Attentive service, killer prosecco and negroni bar , and delicious plates of veal tortellini in brodo and duck confit !! Other plates also highlight the Emilia-Romagna region beautifully.
Pastas and cocktails ! Can't go wrong. Lovely area outside for people watching or inside for the open kitchen .
The brunch is definitely a splurge, but besides the delicious food, it's a beautiful space over looking the Revson Fountain at Lincoln Center, and the service is always wonderful. Read more
One of the best meals I've had in NYC. Best barrel-aged Negroni I've ever tasted. The Fusilli Calabrese is the perfect balance of smokey and spicy .
A gorgeous view is best complemented with excellent food. Don't skip dessert , as the Fruit Crostata is delicious.
Out of the bread basket , get the focaccia and grissini. Forget the sesame bread - not very memorable. Focaccia had the right amount of olive oil and amazing freshly ground black pepper .
Great negronis . I didn't know there could be so much negroni variability-- let the bartender guide you based on your tastes
The menu changes daily, but retains a focus on high-end, contemporary Italian cuisine like cod and tortellini served in a prosciutto broth, and lasagna made with a veal , beef , and pork ragu . Read more
This restaurant will host two upcoming dinners focused around white truffles and Piemonte wines . The cost is $295 per person. Read more
Perfect spot to dine before a performance at the Met – try the Ricotta Dumplings or the Shrimp Scampi . Or just enjoy a glass or two from their extensive wine list .
Great food that I would put at two Michelin stars . The portion sizes are a little bigger than what would expect from fine dining so be careful with the four course menu.
Spectacular scallop and lobster pasta . Prosecco choices are fab - love the peach and passion fruit purée. Excellent service as well !
Delicious food!!!. Try the Halibut or the duck . The desserts are to die for. Leave more than 20% tip, really great service.
CIA Alumnus Jonathan Benno is the executive chef here. Chef Benno was the first American-born and trained chef to earn three stars from Michelin! Read more about him here: Read more
The bartenders seem to be mixologists . I asked the waiter to make me a spicy tequila drink (not on the cocktail menu ) and they delivered in spades. It was a basil / jalapeño / hint of pineapple drink.
Ask about the Italian region highlighted monthly. House-made pastas stand out, as does rustic porchetta & polenta . – Green Guide Editor
Rustic Italian dishes like squid-ink and rabbit & sweetbread terrine pasta are popular choices at Jonathan Brenno’s first restaurant .
Incredible Italian with Negroni bar . Seasonal menu is always fresh and inventive.
Good vibe. Spacious + airy. Enjoyed the cod + brussels sprouts . Would return.
The chicken arrosto is out of this world amazing and definitely go for the torta ricotta cheese cake for desset with pumpkin 4 different ways its perfect for fall!
Had the pasta duo to start. The saffron seafood pasta was too strong on the Meyer lemon . Couldn't taste the seafood . The buckwheat pasta was good however
While Jonathan Benno 's Lincoln is quite a formal place for a meal, their bar is a bit more laid-back.
One of our favorite desserts of the year is the Fritelle De Mele here, an impeccably turned-out apple fritter crowned with caramel gelato . Featured in Where to Eat 2011! Read more
Decent Italian for pre-theater dining. Food doesn’t quite live up to the architecture , but it’s good as are the cocktails .
The Branzino with salsify and oyster mushroom was well done. The butternut and vin santo sauce went well . However the beef dish isn't very memorable.
Potato ravioli for main, Fernet Branca gelato / Lambrusco sorbet for dessert .
If the Broccoli Rabe Orecchiette dish is still on the Primi menu then order it. Delicious.
Huge fan of the Cacio e Pepe & generously portioned Branzino .
Classy negroni bar , with plenty of fragrant options for even those who dislike bitters .
Everything. The food, service, ambiance. Perfect for theater goers.
Jeffrey's White Negroni : Blue Coat American Gin , Breckenridge, Massican Bianco . Slightly alpine and delicious!
Apple cider donuts = one of the best desserts of all time. stunning views of Lincoln center.
Best meal I've had all year. Get the shaved truffles , you won't be sorry.
Pricey but great if you want to splurge on lunch , or go during restaurant week.
Very unobtrusive service. Sommelier sounded just like Patrick Bateman! Loved it! Great asparagus appetizer .
Amazing lunch ! Make sure to view the open kitchen and order the pasta with squash and pesto-you will not regret! Don't pass on dessert
Do the tasting menu if you can swing it. Totally worth it.
Nice, Elegant n classy but the experience could b better n my waiter assumed I wanted my food well done ( bc I look young) disrespectful -- been 5+ times when opened but probably wouldn't go again
Loved the design and architecture inside and out of this restaurant but unfortunately not a big fan of their food. The effort is there you can see it but the taste isn't.
Wow is all you will say when you eat the halibut with mint zabaglione. Elegant and absolutely delish.
Try any of the pasta and lamp chop , they can never go wrong at Lincoln restaurant .
Excellent service and ambiance. Delicious appetizers but tasteless entrees.
Their pastas are great variation !!
If a Negroni is what you crave, look no further. Lincoln has a Negroni bar and one of the best in the city . Period.
Lovely atmosphere! Food is rich and very fresh. Very pleasant. everyone is very friendly !
Best high-end Italian food so far in NYC. Great brunch menu during restaurant week!
